Dear Parents/Carers,

Mrs Greene has made an important life decision to step down as Principal of Eastcote Primary with effect from the end of this academic year. This is in order to undertake a different role which enables her to dedicate more time to her family.

The good news is that Mrs Greene will not be leaving Eastcote, but will instead swap her current role as Principal with a middle leadership role on the staff, in addition to teaching in Reception class as she has done in previous years. Mrs Greene is absolutely passionate about Eastcote and whilst she wants to play a different part in Eastcote’s future than she does now, we are only too delighted that she will not be leaving the academy after many dedicated years of service to its pupils and families.

The Trust will now embark upon a national recruitment search to find a replacement for Mrs Greene. We will keep you thoroughly updated once the selection process has been completed. Meanwhile, thank you for all of your ongoing support.

Yours faithfully,

Simon Beamish
Chief Executive
